To the esteemed members of Nozkron eron da Thrummaz (The Council of the Crowned),

I, Tulak ForgeArm, currently Count of Khorok of Reinen, do hereby petition the council to acknowledge and lend support to my claim for independence.

It has come to my attention from various sources, and then upon personal investigation, that an abandoned Dwed settlement exists along the southern border of Hermertia. This settlement may hold deep repositories of Dwed History and Knowledge and I believe it my duty to my people to pursue the excavation of it. I therefore formerly claim the following lands for the creation of a new realm: Ardol

I beseech the Council to grant my request and in return I intend to bring Dwed relations with Hermertia from obscurity and establish thriving trade both in Products and Knowledge between Ardor and all of Hermertia.

The Östron people have long been friends with dwarves. Although the Dwed are a different nation of dwarves from those that we so long ago bonded with, we hope to do much to lead the Dwed to safety in these new lands. I hope the Council of the Crowned the the House of Dukes voice their support.
