First off, the happy news. I'm granting title of Count to the amazing Tulak Forgearm. It is long overdue. Which leads me to the less happy part. I believe an apology is in order for both my absence and my unnecessary reluctance to promote him. I let myself get caught up in past situations and my treatment of him was unfair. On top of that I'm unable to be an attentive liege at this time. I hope there are no hard feelings between Count Tulak and myself and I wish him the best of luck on his future endeavors. |
