It is my pleasure to award the international rank of Count to Liam Raymond!

He has faithfully served The Greater Realm of Wychwood by constructing Fort Bridge in the county of Rock Ridge, allowing people and towns to flourish in an area previously hindered by harsh terrain and marauders.

Raymond's assistance during the last several years has proven invaluable to myself and the realm in general during our petition for duchy status. Without his hard work and dedication in this goal, we would likely still be working towards it for many more years.

Congratulations to the good Count Liam Raymond!!! The people of Ft. Bridge have recently established relations with Östlaed and it is good to see them attain this noble rank.

I visited Fort Bridge not too long ago, and was impressed by its defenses and the resilience of its people. Congratulations on well earned ascension!
