It is my pleasure to confer the international rank of Count to Zariin Dúneard She has faithfully served the realm of Östlaed by helping the Östron tribe of Tunindael rise to prominence. They have constructed a beautiful village, established trade with the other towns of Östlaed, and established safe overland and nether trade routes with the other towns of Östlaed.
