Sir Iribal Sera-Blodh is offically requesting satisfaction from the Wysterian Representative that offended Sir Iribal with his singing, after several requests to cease and desist. Sir Iribal challenges the Wysterian Representative to meet him at dawn on the Docks in Gallen, armed with Iron Armor, and and Iron Sword. The Pyrencian Scholars offer an apology for what appeared to be a declaration of war, the scribe who drafted the document appears to have been drinking excessive qualities of Incastal before his shift. Pyrencia apologizes for any fear of painful death and disembowelment that the Wysterians suffered from the error |

Wysteria is gravely concerned about this deeply puzzling communique from what appears to be the Office of the Emperor and the King of Pyrencia. The declaration does seem to be genuine, but details surrounding the instigation and rationale for the conflict are strangely sparse and leave room for doubt concerning the validity of the message. The Wysteria Assembly has immediately despatched a personal envoy, the Minister Abernathy for Diplomacy, to Pyrencia to clarify this urgent issue. |

Sir Iribal has achieved sastifaction by slaying Leroy, Junior Member of the Wysterian Assembly, on the docks of the Gallen. The Conflict is now resolved. |
