Greetings dear allies, The Office of Imperial Affairs would like to release a formal update on recent policies. 1) The United Kingdom of Greater Minerva would like to announce its intention to release Nova Solomonia as well as the Territory of Cadusius, exactly as they exist in the most recent internationally recognized maps. This is under a small (and optional) condition; at least geographically, it would be greatly appreciated if the regions retain these names. Of course, new settlers would be free to name themselves what ever they want, as well as well as rename the geography if they wished, but to retain these historical times would be interesting. The purpose of this decision is due to the Minervan long-term policies of inward development, in light of great expanses to the economy in core regions. Also, it would be great to bring about greater settlement. For Minerva to have new nations to trade with on its borders would be a synergetic boon no doubt! 2) Minerva would like to officially announce its intention to once and for all rid Ikwe of its remaining bandits. This would be done in the next Mercannum (not this current mercannum). Presumably in the second or third year. (Lore off: mid-December, perhaps after people's exams and stuff, but before family-commitments related to x-mas?) The exciting golden era of the Empire is inspiring! |
