It is my pleasure to confer the international rank of Count to Isla Accynnafon! She has faithfully served the realm of Östlaed by helping the Östron tribe of Beorcfeld improve their plight. They have constructed a strong wall with guard towers, greatly improved their housing and population, established trade with the other towns of Östlaed, and established safe overland and nether trade routes with the other towns of Östlaed. |
