On behalf of my new vassal, Dregod, I am claiming the blue region highlighted in this image. The land will be broken up depending on where he settles but three counties will roughly come out of this. Incase any one wants to object to the location, I've had that image drawn up for about two months and on a thread which can be here.

Seeing as there's been a 3 county expansion previously, I agree with Scrios in that those lands should be filled in addition to your previous area before further expansions.
