Östlaed is claiming several new Farthings (Counties) in the areas to the south, southeast, and north of the current borders:

* Saeppedun, the large extreme hills biome south of Gourdham Farthing. This will complete the shire (duchy) of Suthshire which also includes the Scitteeige and Gourdham.

* The Mega-taiga south of Saeppedun. This border has been previously discussed with the G.R.H.H. and represents the southernmost expansion of Östlaed. It may be integrated with Suthshire.

* The two farthings south of Frithengest - a birch forest, and a mixed plains/forest farthing. This two farthings (counties) will be integrated with Frithengestshire.

* A taiga biome north of Acholm farthing.

The realm of Östlaed never ceases to impress me, for you build both aesthetically and functionally. I look forward to future developments from you.

I overheard you mentioning these expansions had received support from your neighbours to the southwest? It does, after all, cut chairmans' expansion options a bit. But maybe he doesn't want to? There is nothing wrong with creeping up to neighbours borders, in fact this is a good thing! But diplomacy and negotiation is something Mark is great at, so I assume the necessary outreach to neighbours has been made? If so, I also approve!

I wouldn't mind waiting for Chairman's confirmation here or elsewhere on the forums before voting, but do know it is completely yours once he confirms!
