I've been watching the dev. thread for the HorseTpWithMe plugin (the one responsible for TPing horses for fast travel) and although the plugin works on 1.11 there are issues and the dev. is actively working on fixing them, as trying to add support for llama TPing. So it should be fixed soon. I'm going back to studying but will keep up with the plugin in stuff to keep everyone updated.

The plugin isnt broken. You can still teleport while on a horse. The plugin only doesnt work with llamas because they are a new entity.

I was not able to teleport with a mule/skeleton horse/donkey. It left it on the other side when I tested it. Horses work at this time.
