Actually yes. After spending a while writing down notes for each liege, I did note a couple of things to ask about.

I ask you a question of availability. I noticed your islands, while numerous, are dotted with several cities already. Is there room for more Cities to be developed?
I also ask a question of freedoms. Many have spoken of the freedoms to build as I choose, as well as freedom to return if I leave once becoming more than a Serf. Do you extend these same offers or are there limitations that I should know of?

You are free to build as you choose yes. And of course anyone who was once a member of Kaine will forever remain a friend welcome in our lands.
Now as you can see I do have lots of cities, however due to being away and just busy in general (also not a very good map maker) so I actually own a fourth duchy worth of space and a fifth to the west of my lands. Every area has room to build in as our world is so massive, 80k by 65k, and even some towns could use improvement and updates! So yes should you choose me you'll have lots of room and lots of choice :)

After serveral hours of debate, a brief break for cake and tea, and staring at the screen like a zombie stares at walls I managed to get down to 2 of you.

Edit: I've spent the last 20 minutes staring at my ceiling trying to find the answer, and at last I think I have it. If she will have me, I will choose Celestine!

To everyone that welcomed me and offered me entrance I thank you, and pray there is no ill will between us, now or in the future! May your lands prosper, and should ever want a hand I'd be happy to help in anyway I could (assuming Celestine was ok with it :) )

The second was you, and everyone else was tied 1 point behind you and Celestine (I used a point system to get to 2). I literally thought about this off and on for 2 days. It was not an easy decision :/
