You have all your votes! Now to check for offers from lieges!

There will be more than one so wait a short bit to give time to those who might wish to offer you a place within their lands.

Welcome!

The Kingdom of Pyrencia, headed by the Emperor Myron Azarn-Blodh, formally makes an offer for you to settle within the Kingdom.

I would like to offer you a home in the Kingdom of Pyrencia. We are one of the newest kingdoms, forged by many hands out of the wilds of the south of hermertia. Still driven by the furnace of expansion, we have a strong sense of community and are very fond of working on builds in groups. While you would have a good deal of autonomy and freedom under me, rest assured i would only be right around the corner should you require assistance, and i am always very active in helping my vassals out.

Recently, our King Myron was elected Emperor of Hemertia!

Pyrencia is located in the south-central/south-west portion of the empire, as marked in red on the map.

Lore

My people, the Pyrencians, are a short lived people. Most of our kind can only live to be about 30-40. While deeply religious, the majority of our race believes the parasitic virus that causes us to be short lived (don't worry it can be passed on, but is incredibly complicated so its not actually contagious) is actually because our blood is mixed with that of the gods. In fact, when the virus/blood is removed, we become virtually identical to humans or elves, depending on the family line. (over several generations of course, genetic mutations don't just go away). And while our religion is important to us, one of its teachings is that our gods are ours, and there are others out there for other races and cultures, meaning we are very accepting of other religions, just that conversion doesn't work out that great for us.
A long time ago, my people lived in virtual isolation on the Isle of Shadows, but we were attacked by the Danaan, which caused the first IgnisBlade to lead the remnants of our society to the old world, where we fell into relative isolation again, until the Unraveling occurred. We journeyed to the new world, arriving shortly after a good deal of the Mercurian empire's people did, and then decided to truly join the empire. Eventually, we rose to kingdom hood itself.

Some amenities available in the Kingdom of Pyrencia:

* Large variety of biomes, everything from jungle to snow biomes!
* Centralized maritime fast travel connection
* Beacon mine in Port K'Valsaer
* Multiple mob grinders
* Super active liege
* A few other vassals to play with as well!

Finally, a few of the villages of the Kingdom of Pyrencia:

ScarIions,

Let me explain a little about Perth. Perth started out long before the new world was established in lands in the old world. We were mainly a warrior nation fighting to survive against the bone-people (this lore will be re-posted once the library is back up). We now are still considered warriors, however we have built our society on three fundamental values, which are strength, honour and peace. In order to progress in our society you must show that these values are instilled in your every day life. You can do this in many ways but there are two basic options to choose when you start out. The way of the warrior is your first option. The way of the warrior does not follow traditional values of using their strength and skills in battle for personal gain. However, they use their strength and skills in combat as a tool to uphold peace and law within the empire as a whole. On the other hand, those that do not choose to use the notions of strength and peace in combat can still achieve rank within Perthian culture and society by being active in politics. In other words, those that develop a strong character and can build and maintain peace, relationships, and alliances also have an important role within Perthian society. Queen Samyrrah is a good example of the second option.

That is a little about our society, but what about the physical geography and our established boarders? To start, you may hear the people of Perth or Valtoros through around those name interchangeably or refer to Valyria in general. This is due to the fact that Valtoros and Perth have a long standing alliance that stems all the way back to the old world. Our two nations, along with Dawnstar now, make up what we call The Greater Realm of Valyria. If you are a vassal of either Kingdom you are vassal of Valyria as well. When you become part of the higher elite you gain the title of "Brother" or "Sister" of Valyria which symbolizes the bond between our realms. In these realms we have a wide variety of landscape that range from deserts to lands that are vibrant with vegetation and maybe even snow (Perth contains one of the largest snow biomes). What has been described is in blue box below for the most part:

Our build style is mainly medieval with a hint of Nordic and Gothic architecture. Although, we have many different people within our Kingdoms that bring many different building styles and capabilities.

We also have a very well planned and organized nether line system referred to as the "Perthian Grid". These lines are one of the safest and complete systems in the Empire. Refer to http://imgur.com/a/WIrGk for samples.

I would love if you could be part of our Kingdom as I think you would be a good fit within it. We are a very prosperous realm both in the people that are part of it and the riches that we have accumulated over the mercannums.

Scrios is a fantastic and generous liege. I was a Duchess and his Hand of the King for almost 2 in real life years. I couldn't give more of an endorsement.

I believe I am gonna go ahead and go with the decision of joining Perth, regardless of future offers. While appreciated, my mind tells me I'll stick with that choice regardless, as it has piqued my interest based off design, mapping, and its background/lore.

Awesome! I'm so glad you decided to choose Perth. If you can wait until this afternoon I will be on and we can discuss where you want to settle and provide you with some starting items (it's the tradition).
