Hello everyone,

I'm rvb321, my Minecraft username is rvb123 however. I've been playing Minecraft since 2011, and I'm in the EST timezone. I first heard about Hermertia on the Mcservers subreddit, while looking for alternatives to the now defunct Civcraft. While the two servers have different styles of gameplay, I was drawn to Hermertia's sense of community, variety in architecture, and the ability to try getting into a different style of Minecraft gameplay I've never tried before.

My goals in Hermertia are uncertain, though my strengths in minecraft include interior design and efficient use of space, and working on infrastructure. I can see myself doing a fair bit of exploring, doing odd jobs for various people, or maybe even trading. Though I think my exact goals would have to be decided once I actually start playing. But overall, my primary goal is to be a positive part of this server's community.

As stated earlier, my strengths as a player tend to be in planning, improving, and building infrastructure, and interior design. I also enjoy building in general.

On to Lore,

I woke up in an unfamiliar place,and my memories are scattered at best. I have vague recollections of a past world, but not enough to know how to get back to it. I wander for days, only to find myself at the gates of Hermertia.

I'm a human, and a young man, but I don't have any family, or set profession. None that I remember anyway. I'm a faithless man upon entering Hermertia, but I am open to whoever can convince me of their ways.

We always ask a few questions first:

* Would you mind posting some build pictures, even if they are new builds/done in creative?

* What would you do if you had a territory dispute where it was contested?

* What are your favorite biomes to build in?

Note: I got a couple more screenshots to successfully upload. I had to do a bit of cropping though.

* What would you do if you had a territory dispute where it was contested?

Regarding the location of a build? I would try to avoid such disputes as much as possible, initially, by asking around for free, unclaimed space. But if there does happen to be a dispute I would try to solve it as calmly and diplomatically as is reasonable.

* What are your favorite biomes to build in?

I'm usually pretty flexible, but in general, I enjoy building in temperate biomes the most. Forests, plains, etc.

Thanks! It would really help get the attention of the votes you need - kings! If you continued to post some more pictures - especially outside bits! Nice interior detailing though, I'm sure there are people who'd want you just to go around detailing their cities that already exist!

Hello! Welcome to Hermertia!

Your application is well written, and there is plenty time post getting in and settled to develop your lore properly, whether it be back story, or where you are wanting to take your character and their people (whomsoever they might be)

I'll be happy to give you your first King Vote, you seem sensible and your writing style, and build styles are good enough for me.

I love your build style shown so far. The attention to detail on your interior shot has caught my attention! Additional pictures would surely be met with more approval.

I really like your application so far! I am sorry if I have missed some of the details but I was wondering if you were to be accepted would you rather stay with a liege or eventually go out on your own once you have the appropriate status?
