I apologize for this taking so long, especially for someone who is a friend of an existing member. I'll clarify this. You either need 60% of the kings ( currently there are 6) or 50% of the kings PLUS a passed bill by the House of Dukes. It currently takes 4 dukes to pass a bill in the House of Dukes at the moment. Right now, you stand at 2 kings plus one duke shy of a passed vote. I'll light some fires for your application right now. |

Strictly speaking you need 4 king votes, or 3 king votes plus a bill from the House of Dukes. The Dukes bill needs another duke to pass, so currently you only have 2 king votes in your favour so far. Im sure the votes will come in time for you, sometimes it can be difficult to get hold of a significant number of the active kings. I shall nudge a few people
