I'm (finally) working on a Banner Design for my City State. I would highly appreciate some input on my Designs. Do you guys have any favorites or suggestions.

Version 9 has the best overall design as well as the best incorporation of different elements and colors, in my opinion. |

I am with Sam on this after looking at them a few times. incorporates the colours but also makes it pop. Nice work! |
